We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee exclusively for the following condition:
- Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered to you does not match the product you ordered on our website or marketplace listing.
Policy Guidelines
- Timeframe: You must initiate a replacement request within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of Error: We require a short video of the wrong product received, along with the shipping label, to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care range—including our Retinol Serums, Ayurvedic Oils, and Cold-Processed Soaps—we cannot accept returns or replacements for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Changes of mind or personal preference regarding scent or texture.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds: Since we operate on a replacement-only model for wrong products, monetary refunds are generally not provided unless a replacement for the specific item is unavailable in our inventory.
